📋 Description

• You coordinate the daily business operations • Ongoing development of your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines • Planning in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Business and financial analysis of the store • Actively driving sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or retail vocational training • Experience as a store manager in textile/apparel retail • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
