📋 Description

• You coordinate the daily operations • Develop and coach your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Conduct economic/operational shop analysis • Actively drive sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or retail vocational training • Experience as a store manager in textile/fashion retail • Strong affinity for numbers • Leadership skills and high social competence • Interest in fashion and trends • Team player • Good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
