📋 Description

• You are operationally responsible for the conception, development and implementation of high-performing marketing funnels. • You optimize landing pages, including via A/B testing, with a focus on excellent user experience and high conversion rates. • You work cross-functionally with our marketing and creative teams in an agile, dynamic environment. • You monitor visual and technical trends and their development.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in Design/Web Design or a related degree program. • Some professional experience as a web designer. • A strong sense for appealing and user-friendly design. • Excellent knowledge of and practical experience with Webflow (our primary page builder). • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus, as is proficiency with common prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma). • A creative, service-oriented and highly reliable work style. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork. • Excellent German language skills and good English skills complete your profile.
