📋 Description
• Keep all pre-employment and annual training up to date • Participate in emergency response team training each month • Attend safety training meetings weekly • Standbys for emergency response team • Participate in hearing conservation program • Conduct audiograms and fit testing at the direction of the battalion chief • Conduct seasonal training including participating in dehydration prevention program • Conduct monthly equipment and medical supply checks • Maintain compliant medical record documentation • Perform end of shift time entry
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pre-hospital setting • Valid EMT credentials • Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED • Previous experience in industrial emergency response is preferred but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with local response agencies
