• Provide professional on-site technical support and troubleshooting. • Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of metrology equipment. • Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges and ensure optimal tool performance. • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to address customer needs and feedback. • Manage and resolve quality issues, including submitting DOA or RMA as needed. • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. • Travel up to 25% to customer sites as required to provide support and training. • Additional Information: The position will require 25% work on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a related field • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, including internationally
