📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create transformative health and wellness experiences. • Lead design initiatives from Discovery through Delivery. • Own the design process for wireframes, user flows, process flows, site maps, interactions, high-fidelity prototypes, and storyboards. • Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment and consistency in user experience and design quality. • Leverage and evolve the design system, contributing new patterns and guidelines. • Effectively communicate design ideas, negotiate solutions, and balance customer needs with business goals. • Utilize customer insights and research data to inform and refine design solutions. • Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Participate in research activities to gather insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, OR a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing for large-scale desktop, mobile web, and mobile app consumer experiences. • A strong online or PDF portfolio showcasing your ability to apply design thinking methodologies from discovery to delivery and optimization. • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud. • Experience designing with WCAG accessibility standards. • Proven success working in cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders. • Familiarity with Agile software development processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
