📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll reporting. • Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks; ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, production summaries, and cash flow statements. • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership. • Oversee financial strategy and forecasting, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering accuracy, accountability, and professional growth. • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for company tax filings and other statutory requirements. • Support contract reviews, vendor payments, and internal budget control processes. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a leadership capacity. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret financial data. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. • Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written). • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
