📋 Description

• Oversee global Commercial Finance and Promotion Expenses reporting, analysis, and performance insights • Support transformation of Commercial Finance capabilities with the Opella Transformation Office and global and regional stakeholders • Design, develop, and deploy future-state reporting and analytics capabilities • Facilitate end-to-end adoption of reporting and analytics capabilities across countries • Contribute to broader Global Finance initiatives and coordinate BA&C roadmap implementation across regional Global Capability Centers • Report directly to the Global Head for Financial Analysis Planning & Reporting • Lead Commercial Finance and Promotion Expense reporting and performance analysis cycles for Actuals and Forecasts at global level • Serve as global contact point for operational Commercial Finance and A&P matters, including PVM, Gross-to-Net, customer sales performance, and working and non-working media • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Digital, and Country teams to drive data integrity, trade investment system harmonization, and standardized process adoption • Co-lead design and standardization of customer profitability methodologies and consistent Customer P&L reporting across markets • Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, training, and communication • Monitor progress and report milestones, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in financial processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance (Finance Business Partnering, Business Analysis & Controlling, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives • High degree of autonomy and adaptability • Project management capability • Business Planning and Forecasting • High acumen in managing different systems (TM1, expert Excel, Power BI, etc.) • Degree qualified in finance, business, or accounting • Fluent in English
