📋 Description

• Own and maintain HubSpot, including pipelines, properties, workflows, and data hygiene • Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics • Automate lead routing, enrichment, and handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success • Manage integrations between HubSpot and the broader tool stack • Document processes and help the team use systems effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar systems role • Hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, properties, reporting, and integrations • Strong spreadsheet and data skills; comfortable untangling messy CRM data • Process-minded and organized; leaves systems cleaner than found • Excellent English communication: clear writing and confident speaking • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup, with focus on speed, customer impact, and execution
