📋 Description
• Manage a regional Safety Response team and handle high-risk safety cases • Lead and coach Safety Response Analysts to ensure high performance • Oversee complex and high-risk cases and act as the escalation lead • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute safety outcomes • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement of workflows and tools
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud, Annotation, or platform integrity • 4+ years of people leadership or senior-level operational ownership • Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous, high-risk environments • Ability to communicate complex safety and risk decisions clearly • Familiarity with content moderation, user safety, fraud, or developer risk frameworks • Competence in using data, tooling, and automation to improve quality, efficiency, and scale
