📋 Description

• Build OpenArt’s Reddit presence from the ground up • Grow the subreddit into an active community of AI creators • Set weekly and monthly growth goals • Run experiments across content, distribution, community programs, and acquisition • Convert Reddit conversations into subreddit members, OpenArt users, and advocates • Track reach, engagement, community growth, traffic, and signups • Create recurring formats, challenges, showcases, discussions, AMAs, competitions, and community programs • Encourage users to share their work and workflows organically • Support active members who can become community advocates • Moderate the community while preserving an authentic tone • Participate in relevant AI, video, filmmaking, design, advertising, and creator communities • Build relationships with moderators, creators, power users, and relevant communities • Identify organic opportunities to introduce OpenArt • Generate, launch, and measure experiments, turning successful tactics into repeatable systems • Monitor sentiment, complaints, feature requests, competitor discussion, and emerging AI tools and workflows • Deliver insights to product, growth, and marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Reddit culture, humor, communities, unwritten rules, and marketing norms • Experience growing communities, audiences, social accounts, or organic acquisition channels • Growth-oriented mindset • Highly experimental and comfortable with failure • Excellent, natural English writing • Understanding of generative AI and active awareness of the space • Ability to move quickly without constant direction • Strong ownership and self-directed execution • Ability to take ideas from concept to execution quickly • Personally grown a subreddit or Reddit account (even better) • Built an online community from zero (even better) • Grown an organic channel with measurable traffic or user acquisition (even better) • Familiarity with AI image or video creation tools (even better) • Understanding of Reddit search, Google search visibility, and external discovery of Reddit content (even better) • Experience with creators, ambassadors, affiliates, or UGC programs (even better) • Ability to analyze community and content performance (even better) • Ability to create simple memes, graphics, GIFs, or videos (even better) • Ability to use AI to work faster (even better)
