📋 Description

• Edit short and long videos for YouTube exclusively in Adobe Premiere Pro • Edit videos for Instagram and TikTok using their native platforms • Edit host’s narration, choose the best takes, and ensure the audio is seamless • Research and gather material such as b-roll footage and archival images, understanding what can and cannot be legally used on YouTube and social media • Collaborate with the motion graphics team when needed • Basic color correction • Search for and edit music into the video when needed • Sound edit and sound mix the final sequence • In some cases, act as an assistant editor to another editor, for example gathering materials, choosing selects, laying down subtitles

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years editing experience • Knowledge of YouTube best practices in terms of pacing and music and/or Knowledge of social media best practices • Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Audition • Able to work within low budgets • Enthusiasm for educating about Judaism and Israel • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with great attention to detail • Solution-oriented; able to creatively troubleshoot • Able to meet deadlines and thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments while juggling multiple projects • Good written and verbal communication skills • Able to independently learn new skills and technologies as needed • Fluency in English; Hebrew skills a plus
