📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and understand Workday to support the business • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions • Develop reports, dashboards, and HR analytics • Support system implementations, releases, and enhancements • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS / ERP experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field • Experience configuring Workday • Experience translating business requirements into system solutions • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Project and process management experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
