📋 Description

• Lead and support market sales teams in your region, setting clear performance expectations and providing coaching and feedback • Analyze market conditions and collaborate with leadership to develop regional strategies for growth • Work with internal teams on go-to-market strategies, sales, and promotions • Take responsibility for new market launches, including hiring and execution • Foster collaboration and a strong team culture through regular communication • Hold the team accountable for all measured and assigned metrics • Partner with internal team members on go-to-market strategies, sales, and promotions • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of driven salespeople equipped to meet market goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of sales leadership experience with outside sales teams • College degree or equivalent professional experience • Automotive industry experience, preferably selling SaaS platforms into dealerships • Ability to travel 75% of the time within the designated market • Proven ability to analyze data, identify market trends, changes and implications, develop objectives, and strategies • Strong follow-through and determination to close deals • Proven ability to lead teams, grow markets and drive to meet/exceed sales targets • Clear communication and contagious motivational leadership style
