📋 Description
• Re-architecting and scaling our Google Apps Script–based learning plan system to support high-volume, simultaneous use • Managing and organizing attendance and learning data related to our tutoring service, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) • Identifying and resolving technical issues with the learning plan system and/or data management systems in a timely and organized manner • Supporting data integrity and ensuring systems function accurately and efficiently
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience with Google Scripts and Google Apps (e.g., Sheets, Apps Script, etc.), including working knowledge of Google Sheets API's batch operations • Experience with Data Studio (Looker Studio) for reporting and dashboards • Strong data management and technical documentation skills • Daytime availability Monday-Thursday between 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET, as this is when the majority of our tutoring occurs • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving • U.S. work authorization, U.S. mailing address, and ability to receive U.S. bank deposits
