📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, BAAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts. • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to support deal structuring, proposal reviews, and client onboarding. • Provide counsel on telehealth regulatory considerations, data privacy, and healthcare compliance topics impacting commercial activities. • Develop and refine contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability. • Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations to align legal strategy with organizational goals. • Manage and track contract lifecycle workflows, ensuring timely execution and accuracy of documentation. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school; active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 3-6+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, SaaS, or a high-growth startup environment. • Strong understanding of contract law, data privacy (HIPAA preferred), and regulatory frameworks impacting digital health. • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative and business-minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
