📋 Description

• Own the vision, roadmap, and performance (OKRs) of patient experience products. Ensure successful launches and sustained adoption of new features and products. • Optimize the patient intake funnel and portal to maximize conversion, engagement, and retention. • Lead creation and launch of the customer insights portal, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Implementations on go-to-market strategy and client success. • Work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and implementations to align priorities, deliver seamless experiences, and ensure operational readiness. • Lead annual and quarterly planning, OKR development, and dependency alignment for all patient- and customer-facing products. • Engage directly with patients, clients, and partners to understand needs and translate them into product opportunities. • Define and track KPIs, analyze performance, and iterate quickly to drive measurable improvements. • Manage and coach a team of 2 product managers, growing their skills and scaling the function as the company expands. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. • 8+ years in product management (3+ in leadership), success in both healthtech and marketing platform SaaS is preferred. Track record of new product launches, GTM execution, and driving measurable product success. • Proven ability to operate with scrappiness and speed, while building scalable systems and processes for long-term growth. • Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and implementations. • Strong empathy for users, ability to turn insights into product direction, and comfort defining/owning KPIs. • Experience managing and mentoring product managers, fostering accountability and growth. • Passion for transforming patient experience and healthcare outcomes through technology.
