• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders. • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including contracts, amendments, NDAs, and compliance materials. • Maintain contract management systems and track key deadlines, renewals, and obligations. • Assist with regulatory filings, licensing requirements, and compliance documentation. • Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel to gather information and support legal matters. • Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field. • 3-4+ years of experience working as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role. • Strong understanding of legal terminology, document structure, and research tools. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
