📋 Description

• Drive the profitable management of Openly’s insurance products, including coordination of product development, pricing, forms, compliance, underwriting, risk selection, and regulatory approval • Support the continued expansion of insurance products, from insurance product development to product implementation • Partner with Product Research, Engineering, and Operations to successfully manage our product and implement new features, as necessary • Utilize data and analytics to monitor the product post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and uncover new opportunities • Play a key role in developing and implementing state and countrywide strategic plans • Work with the Director of Product, State Pricing, and Product Research to explore new mechanisms to optimize our decision algorithms and pricing • Collaborate across the organization to support new product design and development (e.g., auto, umbrella) • Shape and lead assigned insurance state management team

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in personal lines P&C insurance product management roles with increasing responsibility and leadership; 3-5 years of management responsibility • Significant experience working with state-level insurance regulators and a deep understanding of personal lines compliance risks • Excellent people and project management skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at all levels of the company • Track record of strong decision-making skills and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • A passion for leadership, coaching, and developing talent
