⢠5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or strategic partnerships, preferably within a fast-paced technology or agency environment. ⢠3+ years of insurance experience with a carrier or agency ⢠Advanced Excel skills, including data cleaning, pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial or business modeling ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. ⢠Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a track record of developing effective solutions. ⢠Experience in identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and implementing growth plans ⢠Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. ⢠Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex strategic partnerships and agencies. ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ⢠Eagerly seek new learnings and apply insights from challenging outcomes to continually iterate and strengthen long-term strategy. ⢠Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for industry events, conferences, and internal/external meetings.
