• Support Salesforce platform and other core business systems administration • Handle user support and user management requests such as role and profile adjustments • Implement and support process automation and routine administration tasks within agreed timelines • Manage data imports, exports, and clean-up; complete data-related tasks within 2 business days • Document and update system changes within 48 hours and maintain documentation in Confluence/Jira • Develop standardized training materials and best practice guidelines for end users; conduct training sessions • Collaborate with other Salesforce administrators and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements • Participate in training/webinars to stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices
• Experience administering Salesforce and supporting Salesforce platform tasks • Familiarity with CPQ, Jira/Confluence, Ringlead, Make, Gong, Celigo • Skills in system administration, user management, process automation, data imports/exports and clean-up • Ability to document system changes and produce training materials; conduct training sessions • Self-starter with attention to detail and a track record of delivering results • Must be located in regions that allow significant overlap with U.S. time zones (title specifies Argentina or Mexico) • Willingness to attend training/webinars and pursue Salesforce Administrator certification
