📋 Description
• Design and manage scalable, secure systems primarily on AWS • Drive end-to-end solutions to improve developer experience through automation • Lead infrastructure initiatives and improve team processes • Mentor engineers and foster continuous learning • Document and advocate for DevOps best practices across the engineering organization
🎯 Requirements
• Deep technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Expertise in AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform) • Mentoring experience in DevOps principles including security by design and observability • Familiarity with agile methodology and practices
