• Develop new features and improve existing systems for an eLearning platform • Collaborate with other engineers through pairing and mobbing • Mentor other engineers and provide technical guidance • Improve team processes through XP practices such as TDD and continuous deployment

• Experienced in front-end and back-end development • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure • Experience with automated deployments • Mentoring and supporting team members on XP practices • Excellent spoken and written English skills • Legal ability to travel to the US
