📋 Description

• Technischer Service und Support für Kunden im Projekt‑ und Betriebsumfeld • Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer Supportfälle (2nd/3rd Level) • Arbeiten mit relationalen Datenbanken mittels SQL • Erstellung und Analyse von Reports mit Crystal Reports oder Entwicklung und Betreuung von APIs / Schnittstellen • Management und Koordination von Kunden‑Eskalationen • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Entwicklung, Projekt, Betrieb)

🎯 Requirements

• Sehr gute SQL‑Kenntnisse (zwingend) • Substantielle Erfahrung in Crystal Reports oder API‑ / Schnittstellenentwicklung (idealerweise beides) • Berufserfahrung in Oil & Gas oder Chemie , alternativ Logistik • Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt (Service, Support, Projekt oder IT‑Abteilung) • Erfahrung mit Terminal Management Systemen (TMS) ist ein großes Plus • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit der Integration terminalrelevanter Hardware (z. B. Mess‑, Steuer‑ oder Identifikationssysteme) in eine IT‑Systemlandschaft • Strukturierte, verlässliche und empathische Kommunikation • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker / Programmierer oder Studium Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden‑Eskalationen
