📋 Description

• Conduct workshops to analyze, structure, and refine business requirements in the public sector • Advise business and technical decision-makers as a trusted contact for digitalization and transformation projects • Develop target visions, functional concepts, and solution architectures for complex public administration projects • Consider regulatory, organizational, and process-related conditions when finding solutions • Evaluate and position suitable products and components from the OpenText portfolio • Collaborate closely with PreSales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery • Support the definition, documentation, validation, and further development of customer requirements and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Public Administration IT, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the public sector or in projects for government agencies and public administration organizations • Solid understanding of administrative processes, organizational structures, and regulatory requirements in the public sector • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution approaches and to communicate technical relationships • Experience in Document Management (DMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), digital records, workflow systems, or sector-specific applications is an advantage • Ideally knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, Python, or comparable technologies • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Fluent German and English skills • Willingness to travel within Germany
