📋 Description
• Review AI-generated outputs (primarily text; occasionally with image/video context) • Assess quality and factual accuracy of AI outputs • Compare multiple responses and classify content • Flag safety and policy issues using detailed guidelines and rubrics • Write and refine prompts and gold-standard responses for supervised fine-tuning and RLHF evaluation • Meet accuracy and throughput targets while working asynchronously on a flexible schedule • Collaborate with the project team during training, calibration, and quality checks
🎯 Requirements
• Current residence in Singapore (required) • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, comprehension) • English proficiency C1 or higher • Bachelor’s degree (any field) • 1+ year of professional work experience • Strong critical thinking, fact-checking, and written communication skills • Ability to follow complex written guidelines and maintain high labeling accuracy • Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content when required • Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet for remote work • Able to pass language/skills screening, calibration, and ongoing quality checks • Legally able to work as an independent contractor/freelancer in Singapore
🏖️ Benefits
