• Covering the 24/7 on-call line. • Helping users feel heard, grounded, and supported while guiding them towards the right next step. • Working with a clear protocol and supporting documentation and escalation guidelines. • Documenting input that will be handed over to the day team when needed. • Participating in a structured learning path, including intervision sessions, case reflections, and expert-led discussions.
• Holds a Master’s degree in Psychology • Has 1–3 years of experience in psychological support, coaching, or related settings • Is highly reliable, reflective and motivated to learn through practice • Has native-level fluency in Dutch, and strong English communication skills • Feels confident explaining processes, setting expectations, and redirecting users when needed • Understands the difference between support, guidance, and therapy • Is tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and protocols • Owns a laptop/computer with Windows 10 or later, or MacOS Ventura or later, with antivirus enabled • Can work independently, follow clear procedures, and take responsibility during on-call shifts
