📋 Description

• Design high-performance, distributed, low-latency systems • Architect, create, and deliver new features and functionality • Work with Product to drive requirements and own projects end-to-end • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams distributed across multiple locations • Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of servers and processes • Think long-term and avoid temporary fixes • Identify unnecessary complexity, analyze existing solutions, and remove complexity • Design and implement scalable integrations to enhance platform performance • Build and optimize real-time services • Contribute to audience and segment capabilities, including AI-powered segment discovery, international audience targeting, contextual intelligence, data marketplaces, graph foundations, and scalable first-party segment pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with building SaaS applications using Python • Experience with database system design, RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres) or NoSQL • Experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform • Deep knowledge of cloud solutions, including analyzing system architecture and potential costs, or strong proficiency in another cloud platform • Experience with REST/GraphQL • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and SQL (BigQuery) • Communicative Polish and English • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Java is nice to have • Experience with Airflow and Cloud Composer • Experience creating, maintaining, and modifying DAGs to orchestrate and automate data pipelines • Experience in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology is a big plus
