📋 Description

• Management of the building services (TGA/MEP) teams with 8 employees, including duty roster and scheduling • Operation and maintenance of all technical building systems (air handling/ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, heating, cooling/refrigeration, fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems (BMA), elevators), including measurement & control (MSR) and building management systems (BMS) • Organization of statutorily required inspections of regulated systems • Technical documentation (maintenance processes, inspections, revision records) • Supervision of external contractors/service providers • Support for department management in awarding construction contracts, and in the planning and execution of construction measures/projects

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a master craftsman / technician in HKLS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary) or equivalent • Relevant professional experience in construction, installation and maintenance of TGA/MEP systems • Experience with building management systems (BMS) • Solid knowledge of office software (MS Office), basic CAD skills • Physical stamina • Flexibility and ability to improvise • Good written and spoken German • Driving licence class B (formerly class 3) • The role requires irregular daily working hours and work on Sundays and public holidays
