📋 Description

• Developing and implementing community engagement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. • Managing and growing our online community presence across various platforms, including social media and forums. • Fostering a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction. • Monitoring and responding to community members’ inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, customer support and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and support for community initiatives. • Analyzing community metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Organizing and hosting virtual events, webinars and community meetups to engage and connect with our audience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in community or social media management, with a proven track record of building, growing, and engaging African communities in the U.S. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community tools, analytics, and CRM systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Empathetic, patient, and professional with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and handle feedback constructively. • Experience or strong interest in fintech and crypto is a plus.
