📋 Description

• Review contracts, invoices, and financial statements (A/R, A/P). • Verify payment terms, billing details, financial entries, and compliance elements. • Detect inconsistencies or incomplete documentation. • Enter and validate financial/contract data with full precision. • Correct discrepancies before final submission. • Maintain organized, audit-ready financial and contract files. • Support ongoing documentation cleanup and labeling optimization. • Suggest improvements for compliance workflows. • Contribute to updated SOPs based on recurring gaps. • Coordinate with finance, compliance, and operations teams. • Clarify unclear data with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in accounting, compliance, finance, or contract-related roles. • Fortune 500 or enterprise experience preferred. • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. • B2/C1 English proficiency. • Strong spreadsheet skills and exceptional attention to detail.
