• Accurately enter and manage data across multiple platforms. • Navigate various software tools, websites, and databases with ease. • Copy, paste, and organize information efficiently while ensuring consistency. • Pull reports, extract relevant data, and generate structured outputs. • Use ChatGPT to automate tasks and structure data workflows. • Create PDF documents from structured data using provided templates. • Learn and adapt quickly to new workflows by following Loom video instructions.

🎯 Requirements

• Fast and precise data entry skills with strong attention to detail. • Tech-savvy comfortable logging into and working with various software platforms. • Experience with ChatGPT and writing structured prompts. • Basic proficiency in Excel, including formulas and automation. • Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow step-by-step instructions. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Some accounting experience is a plus, but speed and accuracy are the top priorities.
