📋 Description
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable management • Support posting financial transactions in the system • Assist with issuing boletos (Brazilian bank payment slips) and organizing documents • Assist with bank reconciliation • Support financial and administrative office routines • Provide customer support • Assist with issuing invoices
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a higher education program (from the 2nd semester onward) • Basic knowledge of Excel • Good communication, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn • Interest in accounting and finance • Availability to be on-site in Belo Horizonte (BH) for two weeks per year for team integration
