📋 Description

• Overseeing client relationships and contributing to strategic business growth • Managing critical processes such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) • Collaboration with cross-functional teams • Leading and participating in client meetings, presentations, and bid defense meetings • Developing and presenting sales materials and strategic proposals • Managing the RFP process to ensure timely and accurate inputs • Maintaining strong relationships with potential clients • Supporting vendor selection processes and reviewing quotations • Identifying business development opportunities • Ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards • Completing required trainings and maintaining accurate records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field • At least 10 years of experience in clinical development in a CRO • Strong strategic and business development mindset • Excellent negotiation, customer service, and leadership skills • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously • Willingness to international travel • Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, ISO14155, EMA, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines • Proficiency in business applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
