📋 Description

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps to improve repayment outcomes, member trust, and repeat engagement • Own initiatives end to end, from discovery and requirements through delivery, measurement, and iteration • Create simple, transparent, and reliable servicing and payment experiences across self-service and assisted channels • Use member insights, data, and experimentation to improve payer rate, payment success, DQ prevention, and lending-member NPS • Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, data, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and finance • Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, progress, and measurable business impact to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments • Experience working with business executives across compliance, risk, operations, fraud, technology, business intelligence, finance, training, legal, and cybersecurity • Experience defining features, prioritizing and managing scope within an iterative agile delivery framework • Customer-centric approach focused on improving members’ financial health • Experience delivering solutions to complex problems • Data-informed decision-making, including testing, experimentation, defining metrics, and data analysis • Track record of shipping and iterating impactful products across cross-functional teams • Clear and concise communication and superb documentation skills • Scrappy, solution-oriented execution and ability to overcome obstacles and blockers • Experience launching products within complex legal and regulatory frameworks such as finance preferred • SQL experience preferred • Experience working with a multinational workforce preferred
