📋 Description

• Own the technical side of complex AWS consulting engagements end to end, from discovery to go-live • Design and implement secure, scalable AWS architectures following the AWS Well-Architected Framework • Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural decisions • Lead on-prem-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations using AWS MGN and DMS • Drive adoption of Kubernetes/EKS and microservices architectures • Advise on and implement AI/ML services including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker • Produce Environment Assessments, Gap Analyses, Technical Roadmaps, and Project Handovers • Keep customer stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and milestones • Work with Project Managers to align delivery with timeline, budget, and scope • Guide engineers through code and architecture reviews • Troubleshoot complex issues directly in the AWS console or CLI • Present architectural decisions to engineering teams and C-level stakeholders in English and Portuguese

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure/architecture, including 5+ years focused on AWS • Proven experience in a consulting or Principal-level role • Expert-level knowledge of AWS core services: EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, and IAM • Advanced networking experience with Direct Connect and Transit Gateway • Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and EKS • Strong Linux/Unix administration skills • Experience with RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, and NoSQL databases • Track record of large-scale migrations involving complex data sets and legacy systems • Familiarity with the AWS AI/ML stack and integrating Generative AI into enterprise architectures • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical and executive stakeholders • Fluent English and Portuguese, written and verbal, including presenting to C-level executives in both languages • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and/or AWS Certified Security – Specialty are nice to have • Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK are nice to have • CI/CD pipelines and automated testing are nice to have
