• Own and manage Optimal's social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Medium • Develop platform-specific content strategies that drive engagement and build community • Create and manage a content calendar that balances promotional, educational, and community-focused content • Write compelling copy for social posts and campaigns across multiple formats (short-form, long-form, video, static) • Monitor social conversations, engage with our audience, and identify opportunities for brand participation • Track social media metrics and optimize strategy based on performance data • Plan, execute and manage all of our community initiatives across all channels, digital and in-person • Develop engagement strategies that encourage participation, knowledge sharing, and peer-to-peer connection across our community • Create and facilitate ongoing conversations, discussions, and initiatives that add value to community members • Identify and nurture community champions and advocates • Develop and execute a user-generated content strategy that showcases customer success and expertise • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product and marketing strategies • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person community events including customer meetups, networking sessions, leadership circles and user conferences • Manage end-to-end webinar production from concept development and speaker coordination through to promotion and delivery • Source and liaise with speakers, panelists, and guest contributors • Manage event sponsorship opportunities including vendor relationships and deliverables • Coordinate event logistics, budgets, and timelines • Drive event registration and attendance through targeted campaigns • Write compelling copy for community communications, event promotions, webinar descriptions, and social content • Brief and collaborate with in-house design team to develop digital and creative assets • Manage the production of video content, graphics, and other multimedia assets • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and speaks effectively to our target audience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a community management, social media, or events role • Proven track record managing social media channels with demonstrated success growing engagement and community • Demonstrated experience planning and executing in-person events from conception to completion • Experience managing event sponsorships including vendor coordination and deliverable fulfillment • End-to-end webinar management experience including content planning, speaker coordination, technical production, and promotion • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Self-sufficient and proactive work style with ability to work independently • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
