• The People Operations Manager is the backbone of a healthy, high‑performing remote culture. • This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution: you’ll design people processes that scale, support team members across time zones, and ensure the company’s values show up in every part of the employee experience. • If you love building systems that help people do their best work—this is your arena.

🎯 Requirements

• People Operations & Culture • Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding • Build and maintain a strong remote‑first culture rooted in trust, transparency, and autonomy • Develop programs that support belonging, recognition, and cross‑team connection • Partner with leadership to translate company values into everyday practices • HR Systems & Processes • Manage and optimize HR tools, workflows, and documentation for a distributed workforce • Ensure compliance with employment regulations across relevant regions (in partnership with legal/PEO providers) • Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and handbooks • Implement data‑driven approaches to track engagement, retention, and performance trends • Talent & Performance • Support hiring processes by coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers • Lead onboarding programs that set new hires up for success in a remote environment • Manage performance cycles, feedback frameworks, and development pathways • Coach managers on effective remote leadership and communication • Employee Support & Well‑Being • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution • Develop well‑being initiatives tailored to remote work challenges • Facilitate training on communication, collaboration, and remote work best practices
