📋 Description
• We are currently seeking a Manager with experience in managed care health and payor operations. • This would include health plans, PBMs, TPAs, behavioral health and/or other ancillary managed care entities. • This position is ideal for a mid-level consultant that has a passion for working with clients to understand their challenges, adapt to the unique situation of the client, and develop solutions. • A Manager will lead teams, drive projects, and manage relationships through all phases of the project lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited university or college, in Healthcare, Business, or another closely related field • 5 years of experience in management consulting for healthcare payor or managed care clients • Experience managing projects and cross-functional teams • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Experience in a client serving and management role • Experience with project management tools and experience with project management on large programs with multiple projects or work streams • Experience with large technology implementation or operations transformation • Experience with HR transformation or Organization Change Management • Demonstrated career progression with increased responsibilities and mentorship
