📋 Description

• Serve as main contact for clients after intake • Provide case updates and explain next steps in the claims process • Maintain compassionate, professional communication with injured clients • Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to settlement • Track treatment progress and follow up with clients regarding medical care • Maintain organized digital files and case notes • Request, track, and review medical records and billing statements • Prepare medical summaries and treatment timelines • Identify missing records and follow up with providers • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims status • Send letters of representation • Assist in preparing demand packages • Calendar key deadlines • Assist with settlement breakdowns • Coordinate lien reductions when applicable • Help transition files to litigation team if needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or PI Legal Assistant • Strong knowledge of pre-litigation personal injury process • Experience requesting and organizing medical records and bills • Familiarity with insurance claims and demand packages • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
