• Lead the daily operational activities of all three Palliative Care Education Programs. • Employ skills in student affairs administration across the lifecycle. • Lead the administrative process for admissions, recruiting, marketing, communications, advising and supporting current students. • Manage students’ program progression and alumni relations. • Utilize instructional technology (Canvas), student information systems (CU-SIS), CRMs (Salesforce), admissions (Slate) and other data systems to support the directors, faculty and student success in an online learning environment. • Develop marketing strategies for prospective students in collaboration with leadership team. • Manage Salesforce CRM and Slate database to ensure recruitment initiatives are met. • Create, maintain, and manage workflows, communications, and processes within Slate for smooth admissions process. • Create scholarship announcements, communication plans and application processes as needed. • Advise admitted students enrolled in the Palliative Care Education Programs. • Maintain and report accurate admission and enrollment data.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution. • Four (4) years of professional experience supporting post-secondary education programs. • An advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis if the degree is in a field of study directly related to the work assignment. • Master’s degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution (Preferred). • Experience with student advising/admissions (Preferred). • Experience in management supervising employees/administrative staff (Preferred). • Experience using Canvas (Preferred). • Experience using the University of Colorado procurement and financial systems (Preferred). • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Preferred).
