📋 Description

• Support and manage monday.com implementations from Discovery through Delivery with guidance from senior team members. • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their processes, challenges, and goals. • Learn and apply monday.com best practices to design, configure, and customize boards and workflows. • Assist in delivering client trainings and helping users adopt new tools confidently. • Help build project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth delivery. • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and work with teammates to identify solutions. • Stay up-to-date on new monday.com features and process-improvement approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Light experience in a consulting agency or environment • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing monday.com or similar tools, including creating workflows, automation, and integrations. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines. • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
