• Support the design, delivery, and integration of AMPLIF-EYE with the Fellowship and Innovations Fund. • Act as a strategic bridge between mentorship training and financial investment. • Finalize and deliver a virtual AMPLIF-EYE mentorship and leadership curriculum using adult learning and gender-transformative methodologies. • Facilitate interactive virtual Training-of-Trainers sessions for a cohort of mid-career women in eye health. • Provide structured group-based and individual coaching to support participants in developing mentorship or leadership initiatives aligned with WLEH values. • Support the implementation of a transparent and merit-based selection process for the Fellowship and Innovations Fund. • Provide technical input, as needed, to assess alignment, feasibility, and leadership impact of proposed fellowship or innovation ideas. • Act as the connective link between AMPLIF-EYE and the Fellowship and Innovations Fund.
• Advanced degree in public health, international development, education, gender studies, or a related field. • Proven experience delivering leadership or mentorship Training-of-Trainers programs, preferably in low- and middle-income country contexts. • Experience working across capacity-building programs and grant or fellowship mechanisms. • Strong understanding of gender-transformative programming and mentorship methodologies. • Experience facilitating virtual learning and adult education programs. • Demonstrated capacity for coaching, follow-up, and qualitative impact reflection.
