📋 Description

• Your core mission: Own a piece of Orbit from idea to production. • Build the product & own features: Be accountable for features from concept through to go-live. • Build with agents & evolve the harness: Spec-driven, agentic development. • Make the system smarter: Treat context as infrastructure and document workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering experience: you have built real products and run them in production, ideally taking something from 0 to 1. • Clean, type-safe code and a well-considered data model. • Make and defend technical decisions: data models, API design, and trade-offs. • You already work agentically – experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar). • Excellent written communication – clear, structured, and precise writing skills. • Self-driven and well-organized – remote, autonomous work with few internal meetings. • Based in the EU; good German is a plus.
