• Lead and manage the design of large and complex single-discipline and multi-discipline projects. • Oversee the preparation of detailed designs, drawings, and 3D models, ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Coordinate and integrate input from engineers, designers, and drafters across multiple disciplines to meet project objectives. • Ensure all designs adhere to applicable standards, including: 49 CFR Part 192, ASME B31.8, and ASME B31. • Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on design requirements and deliverables.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline strongly preferred. • 15+ years of experience in design and drafting, including leadership roles in large-scale industrial or utility projects. • Expert-level proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or Civil 3D. • Proven leadership skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
