📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for several group entities • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Support month-end and year-end closings and prepare relevant reports • Coordinate with external accounting providers, auditors, and tax advisors • Ensure timely and compliant statutory filings across different jurisdictions • Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives • Support integration of newly acquired companies into the group’s financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international or group environment • Solid understanding of accounting principles (local GAAP / HGB) • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on mentality • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1+) • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
