📋 Description

• Participate in the Oredata Academy Program • Complete 3 months of training and hands-on projects • Work on assigned training and project tasks with guidance from mentors • Learn from experienced teammates and industry leaders • Potentially join one of Oredata’s teams after successful program completion • Potentially be evaluated for suitable positions in Oredata Engineering based on program success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • New graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience • Experience in frontend development • Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, or Next.js • Experience developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot • Strong willingness and ability to learn technologies quickly • Open to continuous learning and keeping up with modern software development trends • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined • A strong team player with good communication skills • Excellent command of the English language
