📋 Description
• Analyze and understand the existing ETL architecture and data flows • Maintain, improve, and optimize ETL packages primarily developed using SSIS and Python • Identify and resolve issues within existing ETL processes before transition to the new architecture • Support transformation of current ETL processes for the future cloud-based Data Lakehouse architecture • Ensure reliability, performance, and continuity of daily data integration processes • Collaborate with the Data Architect, Business Intelligence team, and relevant stakeholders • Own assigned tasks, proactively identify improvement areas, and drive work through completion
🎯 Requirements
• 4–5+ years of professional experience in ETL development, data integration, or a similar role • Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and Python • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data flows, and Data Warehouse concepts • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving existing ETL packages • Ability to contribute to ETL modernization and data architecture transformation projects • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative and ownership • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency, with ability to use English when required
