📋 Description

• Administration and support of Windows clients and Windows servers • Support of users, end devices, printers and standard IT workstations • Participation in the support of network, firewall, VPN and security topics • Assistance in backup, recovery and restoration • Analysis and handling of faults, incidents and performance issues • Support for rollouts, migrations and infrastructure projects • Participation in the support and technical assistance of systems in the INTEGRA® environment • Support at the interfaces between infrastructure, business units and ERP-related applications • Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation, operational documents and instructions • Taking on clearly defined areas of responsibility including deputy arrangements • Close cooperation with colleagues, internal business units and adjacent teams

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, or comparable qualification • Alternatively, several years of practical experience in system administration or technical IT operations • Good knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, basic networking, firewalls / VPN, backup & recovery, printer and client management • Structured, solution-oriented and reliable working method • Enjoyment in not only solving technical issues but also documenting them thoroughly • Team player, sense of responsibility and service orientation • Good German language skills, both spoken and written • Experience with Sophos, security or firewall topics is an advantage • Knowledge in SQL Server, performance or recovery • Experience with ERP-related systems or working in business-critical system landscapes • Exposure to INTEGRA® or comparable ERP environments • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation • Understanding of standardized IT operational processes and delegation/coverage concepts
