📋 Description

• Acquisition and management of new B2B customers (SMEs & mid-market) • Consultative sales of ERP and software solutions across the entire sales cycle • Conduct product demonstrations and support workshops • Perform requirements analysis together with our pre-sales consultants at the customer's site and develop appropriate solution concepts • Build long-term customer relationships and handle account management • Close collaboration with pre-sales, consulting, and product teams • Maintain CRM data as well as reporting and forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally with ERP, CRM, or similar solutions • Strong IT understanding and enthusiasm for digital business processes • Ability to explain complex software products clearly • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and building sales pipelines • Strong communication skills at the decision-maker/executive level • Structured, self-directed way of working • Willingness to travel (field sales) and fluent German
